This year the Sequim Association of Realtors would like to congratulate our two American Home Week Contest Grand Prize Winners Helena Allencastre from Greywolf Elementary School, and Chris Heintz from Helen Haller Elementary School. Each received a 100.00 savings bond and bicycle from the Sequim Association of REALTORS Ayden Dickerson, Dillon Liebart, Dusty Wessel, and Drew Golding each received First Prizes including at $100. Savings Bond and a scooter. Second Prize winners Olivia Boyd, Marc Gault, Jack Drennan and Emily Funston each received a Scooter as well as a $75. Savings Bond. Twenty-four Third prize winning children each were presented with a $75. Savings Bond. Each year the Sequim Association of Realtors sponsors American Home Week and the“What My Home Means to Me” poster and essay contest. This year the Sequim Association of Realtors would like to thank First Federal Savings & Loan, US Bank, Peninsula Mortgage, Sound Community Bank, Pacific Coast Escrow, Clallam Title, Washington Federal Savings & Loan, Land Title, Home Realty, Olympic Peninsula Title, John L Scott, and RE/MAX Fifth Avenue for their generous contributions to American Home Week.
We also would like to thank all the third graders who participated for their heart-warming posters and essays, and the Third Grade Teachers for their unfailing support over the years. We recognize Mrs. Quinet of GreyWolf as the Realtor’s “Best Teacher in School” and both Mrs Moore and Mrs. Hallinan as the Realtors’ “Best Teacher in School”. Each will receive $50. in gift certificates to Home Depot provided by the Sequim Association of Realtors.
We thank each of our contributors for their continued support and congratulate all of the prize winners on a job well done. All the children were honored at the weekly meeting of the Sequim Association of Realtors, by a standing-room only crowd Wednesday, April 23rd, 2008.
